You’ve been trying to hold it all together. You show up to school or work, smile when you need to, and keep it moving.

But inside? You’re exhausted. The thoughts are loud. The emotions are heavy. And every day feels like a loop you can’t escape. Hoping no one will notice and at the same time, secretly wishing someone would swoop in and rescue you from yourself.

Whether you're struggling with self-harm, suicidal thoughts, trauma, eating issues, or emotional overwhelmyou don’t have to carry it all alone.

Tired of pretending you’re fine.

It’s time to feel better—for real this time.

Change is possible — even if you’re unsure.

What if therapy didn’t just help you cope—but actually helped you feel better?

Not just talking about your struggles, but creating real, lasting change in how you think, feel, and live.

What Can Start to Change

The constant overthinking and mental noise begin to quiet.

You feel calmer in your body and more in control of your emotions.

Urges to cut, restrict, or shut down become less intense—and easier to manage.

You stop getting stuck in the same painful patterns and start responding differently.

Your energy, focus, and motivation begin to come back.

You reconnect with yourself, your goals, and the people around you.

You don’t have to stay stuck. Therapy can help you begin the shift.

Care that’s honest, warm & real.

Hi, I’m Crystal—a therapist for teens and young adults struggling with anxiety, depression, self-harm, and suicidal thoughts. I help you quiet the constant storm of negative thoughts and learn healthier ways to cope with intense emotions—so you can stop just surviving and start building a life that actually feels worth living.

If you feel overwhelmed by intrusive thoughts, stuck in painful patterns, or like you’re barely holding it together on the outside while falling apart inside—you’re not alone. Together, we work to reduce self-harm behaviors, challenge negative thought patterns, and build real coping skills that help you feel more in control, more stable, and more like yourself again.

I became a therapist because I understand how heavy this can feel. I’ve experienced my own seasons of emotional pain—where the thoughts don’t stop and even in a room full of people, you still feel completely alone. That’s why my approach is direct, compassionate, and focused on helping you create real change—not just talk about it.

You don’t have to. Your new life starts now.

I offer secure online sessions for anyone living in Texas. We’ll find the setup that feels right for you—no pressure, just what works best.

  • I don’t work directly with insurance, but I’ve got you covered. I’m considered an out-of-network provider, which means I don’t bill insurance myself—but I’m happy to provide you with a superbill (a special receipt) you can submit for possible reimbursement. Every plan is different, but many of my clients are able to get a portion of their sessions covered. Curious about session rates? Check out my fees.

  • Not at all. You don’t have to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. If you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, or just not like yourself—talking to someone can help. Therapy is a space to sort through whatever’s weighing on you, build new tools, and feel more grounded in your day-to-day life. Big or small, your experience matters.

  • That’s a totally valid concern—and you’re not alone. Sometimes therapy doesn’t click the first time, especially if it wasn’t the right fit or approach. My style is warm, collaborative, and focused on giving you practical tools—not just space to vent. If you're open to trying again, I’m here to meet you where you are and help you move forward.

  • Starting therapy is a big decision. And yes, it’s a commitment—of time, energy, and money.
