Eating Disorder Therapy for Teen Girls and Young Women

Reclaim your voice.

Heal your relationship with food, your body—and yourself.

You’ve been trying to stay in control—but it’s controlling you.

The rules, the numbers, the guilt after eating, the voice that won’t stop… it all feels like too much, and yet you still feel like it’s not enough.

You’re tired of obsessing over every bite, avoiding meals with friends, and putting on a smile while your mind is screaming inside.

Maybe people are starting to worry, or maybe no one knows what’s really going on. But you do. And part of you is scared.

  • Scared to let go

  • Scared of gaining weight

  • Scared of what recovery might mean

  • Scared of losing the one thing that’s helped you cope

But deep down, you know this isn’t freedom. It’s survival.

And you deserve so much more.

What do Eating Disorders really do?

They take…

  • Peace in your own body

  • Joy in food, friends, and life

  • Safety in your thoughts

  • Trust in yourself

They give…

  • A nonstop voice of shame and fear

  • Isolation from the people you care about

  • Guilt, exhaustion, and emotional chaos

What Recovery Can Look Like (Even If It Feels Impossible)

Eating disorder therapy gives you a space to let down the mask, say the hard things out loud, and find real tools that actually help.

Together, we’ll work to:

  • Quiet the ED voice so it stops owning your thoughts

  • Untangle your identity from food, rules, and control

  • Reconnect with your body without fear or shame

  • Build your life back—not around recovery, but around you

You don’t have to fight this alone.

You Don’t Have to Live Life in Survival Mode

Hi, I’m Crystal—and I help teen girls and young women reclaim control over their thoughts, food, and body. I help you love what you see in the mirror by learning to quiet the negative eating disorder voice in your head. I know what it’s like to look fine on the outside but feel like you’re falling apart inside. I’ve been there too.

My clients are often the ones hiding what is really going on from the outside word. They’re smart, capable, and carrying a lot. Therapy gives them the space to breathe, reflect, and finally feel supported.

  • Disordered eating and eating disorders are connected, but they’re not the same thing.

Disordered eating is a broad term for unhealthy or stressful eating habits. It can look like skipping meals, constantly dieting, cutting out whole food groups, overeating, using laxatives or diet pills, or exercising in a way that’s meant to “make up” for eating. These patterns can be harmful, but they don’t always meet the strict requirements for an official diagnosis.

Eating disorders, on the other hand, are mental health conditions. They involve ongoing, serious disruptions in someone’s eating, thoughts about food, and overall well-being. These are diagnosed using specific criteria in the DSM-5-TR. The main types include anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, ARFID, and OSFED.
