Therapy is an Investment in You—and You’re Worth It

Let’s talk honestly about time, cost, and what you can expect.

Starting therapy is a big decision. And yes, it’s a commitment—of time, energy, and money.

But it’s also an investment in something that matters more—YOU. Your healing. Your future. Your life.

I won’t promise quick fixes or magic cures.

What I do promise is a space that’s safe, real, and built just for you—where we can work together on what’s keeping you stuck and move toward what matters most.

A Note About Insurance,
Reimbursement & Payment

I am not in-network with any insurance providers. However, many clients choose to use their out-of-network benefits for reimbursement. To make this easier, I’ve partnered with Reimbursify—an app that lets you securely and easily submit claims in just a few taps to handle the out-of-network process automatically for you.

Here’s how it works:

  • You pay for sessions up front

  • I provide a monthly superbill (a receipt with everything your insurance needs)

  • You upload it to Reimbursify and they handle the rest—saving you time, stress, and paperwork

Need help figuring out your out-of-network benefits? I’m happy to guide you through what questions to ask your insurance provider before we begin.

Payment is due at the time of service and is accepted via the HIPAA secure IvyPay client portal by debit, credit, or HSA/FSA cards. For details regarding the use of your HSA/FSA use for therapy, it’s best to check directly with your card administrator.

FAQs

  • I do not accept insurance at this time, but I can provide a superbill you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. Many clients are able to receive partial or full coverage, depending on their plan. I have partnered with Reimbursify to make the process easy for you. You can check out your reimbursement potential with Reimbursify.

  • Yes! Many clients use their Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) to pay for therapy. Just be sure to check with your plan provider to confirm coverage.

  • I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations. Late cancellations or missed sessions are subject to the full session fee.

  • I offer secure, HIPAA-compliant online therapy for teens and young adults anywhere in Pennsylvania. If you prefer the comfort and convenience of meeting from home, virtual sessions are a great option—and just as effective as in-person therapy. You can access the video link from your email or your private client portal—whichever you prefer!

  • Totally okay. You don’t need to have everything figured out before you begin. It’s my job to help guide the conversation—we’ll start wherever you are and go at a pace that feels comfortable.

  • Yes. Your privacy is incredibly important to me. What we talk about stays between us, with a few legal exceptions (like immediate safety concerns), which I’ll go over with you clearly during our first session.

You’re not stuck—you’re just at the beginning of something new.
