A Note About Insurance
We accept most major insurance plans and are happy to help you explore your coverage.
If you're unsure whether we're in-network with your plan, just reach out—we’ll walk you through the process and help you understand your benefits. Every plan is a little different, so contacting your insurance provider directly can also give you the most up-to-date information. And of course, we’re here if you have any questions along the way.
Check your insurance.
We’re in-network with many well-known insurance providers, and new plans are added regularly.
If you don’t see your plan listed, just fill out the form with your insurance details—we’ll review it and get back to you shortly with more information. We're happy to help you figure out your next steps.
Not sure if therapy is right for you?
You don’t have to fall apart to build something better.
It’s easy to second-guess whether things are “bad enough” for therapy—but if you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, or just not like yourself, that’s reason enough.
You deserve support, not because you’re broken, but because you’re human.
Therapy isn’t about fixing you—it’s about helping you reconnect with your strength, your calm, and your confidence. You don’t have to keep pushing through on your own. Things really can get better—and you don’t have to wait for a crisis to take the first step.
