  • Yes! I offer both. If you're in the Austin area, you're welcome to come into the office—it's conveniently located just 5 minutes off I-30, near The Colonies. Prefer to stay cozy at home? I offer secure online sessions for anyone living in Texas. We’ll find the setup that feels right for you—no pressure, just what works best.

  • I don’t work directly with insurance, but I’ve got you covered. I’m considered an out-of-network provider, which means I don’t bill insurance myself—but I’m happy to provide you with a superbill (a special receipt) you can submit for possible reimbursement. Every plan is different, but many of my clients are able to get a portion of their sessions covered. Curious about session rates? Check out my fees.

  • Not at all. You don’t have to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. If you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, or just not like yourself—talking to someone can help. Therapy is a space to sort through whatever’s weighing on you, build new tools, and feel more grounded in your day-to-day life. Big or small, your experience matters.

  • That’s a totally valid concern—and you’re not alone. Sometimes therapy doesn’t click the first time, especially if it wasn’t the right fit or approach. My style is warm, collaborative, and focused on giving you practical tools—not just space to vent. If you're open to trying again, I’m here to meet you where you are and help you move forward.
