The Tools You Need
The Support You Deserve
You’ve been holding it together for everyone—pushing through anxiety, staying busy, and putting yourself last. But beneath the surface, you’re overwhelmed, burned out, and tired of just getting by. You don’t want to keep surviving. You want to feel like you again.
Therapy with me is about more than just talking—it’s about helping you understand what’s keeping you stuck and building real tools to help you feel better, day by day.
Let’s get you back to feeling like you.
Therapy can be the turning point. It’s where you stop pretending, start unpacking, and build the tools that help you feel steady—even when life is messy.
Clients I work with often start therapy feeling overwhelmed and unsure, but over time they describe feeling more confident, more calm, and more in control of their lives. It’s not magic—it’s deep work with someone who gets it.
Imagine…
Being able to quiet the self-doubt
Making decisions without spiraling
Feeling more present in your relationships
Setting boundaries that protect your time and energy
Feeling calm, capable, and grounded—more days than not
That’s the kind of change I help my clients create.
Practical support. Honest conversation.
Tools that actually help.
Therapy with me is a balance of space and structure. We’ll get clear on what’s keeping you stuck—things like overthinking, harsh inner talk, burnout cycles, or people-pleasing patterns. Then, we’ll work together to understand them and shift them, using practical tools you can apply in your daily life.
What does that look like?
Real conversations that help you make sense of your thoughts and emotions
Strategies to manage anxiety, stress, or low mood in the moment
Ongoing support to build boundaries, strengthen self-trust, and reduce overwhelm
A space where you’re fully seen, heard, and never judged
I’ll be there beside you, not above you—offering guidance, encouragement, and tools you can actually use, long after the session ends.
You don’t have to do this alone.
You don’t have to have it all figured out before you ask for help. Whether you’re new to therapy or coming back after a break, I’m here to meet you with compassion, clarity, and a real plan. Let’s find a way forward—together.

FAQs
-
In each session, we’ll check in on how you’re doing, talk through what’s coming up for you, and explore the patterns or thoughts that might be getting in your way. I’ll ask questions to help you reflect and offer tools or strategies that fit what you’re going through. Some sessions might feel deep and emotional; others might be focused and practical. There’s no script—we’ll go at your pace and focus on what matters most to you that week.
-
Sometimes! But it’s always optional and tailored to your needs. If it feels helpful, I might suggest something small to try during the week—like journaling a thought, practicing a new skill, or noticing a pattern. The goal isn’t to add more to your plate—it’s to help the work we do in session actually stick.
-
I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which helps us understand how your thoughts, feelings, and actions are connected. That means we’ll look at unhelpful patterns, explore where they come from, and work on shifting them in real-time. It’s not about “thinking happy thoughts”—it’s about learning how to respond to your thoughts with more clarity, confidence, and compassion.
-
We’ll talk about both—but we won’t stay stuck in either. Sometimes understanding your past helps explain why certain patterns show up today. But a big part of my work is helping you handle what’s happening right now with more clarity and confidence. If you’re curious about the “why” and ready for the “how,” we’ll be a great fit.
